I have a new bullie puppy--she is three months old. We are astonished at how much she loves water--the minute we brought her home and into the back yard, she jumped into the wading pool and laid down. She begs to get in the bath tub with us. Unusual? Or normal?
I can't believe the hostility on this board.
Kind of freaky I think.
I see people having fun talking about their bullies and all that fun stuff. Americans, citizens that respect each other.
Then there are those that want to show their alpha bitch side.
If I had one like that, I'd put here down or at least not breed her. There's some criterea for you Patti...
Good luck you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love that little puppy...he's on my official www.bulldogsworld.com purse! Emily
but I feel kinda nice to have posted on something that got locked:)
heheheh I never say to much..it was cool ok going away now and I will pack myself in the next box:)
So after hours of wading thru my insanity... here's a sampling of last night's trip out to the boat!
Is it over dere? Do we get to go? Huh huh huh?
Mmmm... I can't WAIT! (Huuuuuuge tongue shot, huh? )
thank you for asking, Patti...
Right after my husband came home we went up north to visit the in-laws...
Then my own mother and grandma came over from Germany to visit for 3 1/2 weeks...they are leaving on friday.
We have also been very busy with the house. We redid the carpet in 3 bedrooms, picked out tiles for the bathrooms and laundryrooms and laminate wooden floor for all the rest of the house...lol.
Boo is now 11 months old and still does not jump to this day. When she wants to get up on the sofa, she basically climbs instead of jumping.
I've also noticed that when she gets in the position to urinate, her left rear leg bends in a normal fashion, but right rear leg goes into a position that suggests she is trying not to put full weight on it. Here is a photograph of it. Does anyone else's bulldog squat like this, or do you think this may be a hip problem? [She doesn't ever seem to be in any pain, doesn't limp, etc.]
So making plans to get away for 4th of July weekend. Usually its a golf spa weekens, poolside with a cabana boy!! Now,,, It is all about Angus!!! Rented a cabin, dog friendly, lake side in at Big bear Lake (Califonria)..... Whos spoild now??!!! Who am I fooling I cant wait to take him with us on vacation!!!
Who needs the 4 seasons anyway!!!!!!!!
Our 1 year old puppy just pulled up and destroyed the carpet in the hallway. I figure she was bored and just went to town. Now the question is what should we do when we are away from the house. Put her in her crate for 4 hrs? Not ideal to me, but not only is the destruction costly, it is not healthy. I imagine she will be throwing up the next couple days! Any support, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I think it was posted by a Vicky,,, The lil one on the right is Lincolns Mini me......
