My husband and i stayed at the Frontier lodge. You should be plenty away from the fire works, all should be o.k. Plus the accomodations at the lodge should be just fine.. The weather is always cool and the lodge is covered under huge pine trees. Plenty of shade. Have A Blast

My inlaws have lived in V.C all their lives. We have many friends who live there too.

This place looks real cute with small cabins by the lake and they are dog friendly. Also they do fireworks off a barge on the lake. So I am thinking far enough away so lil angus wont get freaked out. I live in Central California, but my mom lives in Valley Center. Pretty close to Carlsbad, would be a good excuse to go see her. Sounds fun.

Ill be in San Diego fo work from Wed- Sunday. Gonna miss my bullie!!! There was a bulliefest in Northern Califonia that I was planning on going but hubby went out of town last min for work so I was so upset. Wish there was a bulliefest closer. I think there is something going on in Oxnard in July but I dont know any details!!!
