Last night Buddy started holding one eye closed. When I looked at it the outside corner was very red. Took him to the vet this morning and he thinks he may have Distichrasis. Made an appointment with the Opthalmologist for Friday at 11 AM. They said they may do surgery the same day. He has a small ulcer on the eye but my vet says it's not bad. This may hold up the surgery but I hope not. Would like to get it over as soon as possible.

I just saw a picture of Jodie's beautiful Elsa, and realized that Elsa's teeth are much bigger than my Sheldon's. Sheldon's teeth, the ones in between the pfangs, are really tiny, they just break through the gumb line. Will they continue to grow, or is something wrong with his teeth? Thanks.

Another question (sorry):

Rocky has been on Solid Gold Holistique Blendz with a bit of tuna or chicken mixed in for about 2 months now. He always licked his paws and had some redness/pink coloration around his mouth and still does. I also just added (a week ago) Missing Link to his diet.

When I took Milo to the vet last weekend, he was talking about some sort of nose surgery it they seem like they are snoring or trying really hard to breath. Is this normal? This is my first bulldog so I have no idea.

saw your question on the other board. I bathe Sheldon every other week. I used to bathe him once a week, but the vet said that was too often. Just bathed him Monday...he smells grrrrrrrreat!! Smooches to Leeloo.

Henry rolled off his bed in the middle of the night and under our bed. We looked all over for him the next morning and there he was- snoring softly under the bed! hee hee. He had trouble getting out though, being half asleep. We had to pull him out so he could stand up! What a nut! lol
