First, thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers. I haven't been able to get on too much to read everything or post.

Fluff seemed to have a more comfortable night. Her rear right leg is swollen twice the size, almost down to her feet. It is draining, though. It is very painful, and we had to give her pain medication in her catheter twice last night.

Does anyone know where I can find a black english bulldog? I have seen them and I know that they are a "undesired" color by breeders and AKC. But, I personally like the black ones. I am not looking for one to breed----strictly as a pet. I currently own 1 bully girl, Georgia. She is spayed because I do not have an interest in breeding or showing...I just love the breed. I have heard that a lot of breeders will put a black bulldog down? Is this true? Thanks for any help & advise.

Athena is not going to appeal .... with these stipulations.

She gets to keep Panache (collie), Kryptonite (fox terrier) and one cat. These three must be spayed/neutered before leaving Montana.

There will be no fines or jail time, BUT the couple are on a 10 year probation and cannot own any other animals during that time.

Also remember, AKC has suspended them and they have lost every shred of respect they may have had earlier from the canine communties.

My bully has had 2 tail surgeries...they dr.'s didn't fix his tail the first time. Since the last tail surgery he has been rubbing his butt on the floor and moaning. The dr. said that all bulldogs butts itch and that's how they scratch it. I think its hurting him. On the last visit they gave him a cortizone shot and said it was probably allergies. He didn't itch for about 1 week but then started up again. Does your bully's do this? Any suggestions.
