Black English Bulldog

Does anyone know where I can find a black english bulldog? I have seen them and I know that they are a "undesired" color by breeders and AKC. But, I personally like the black ones. I am not looking for one to breed----strictly as a pet. I currently own 1 bully girl, Georgia. She is spayed because I do not have an interest in breeding or showing...I just love the breed. I have heard that a lot of breeders will put a black bulldog down? Is this true? Thanks for any help & advise.

They don't put them down. I've seen 3 in person over the years.

They are truly "rare". You'll probably have trouble finding one.

I couldn't tell from your message if you knew where to find a black buldog or not so I thought I would contact you. If you have any info on how to find one it would be much appreciated.
