We filmed the commercial!

Julie and I just got back from Baltimore filming the commercial. It was scary, but they said that we did ok. I think it will be shown sometime the first of January. They said they would send me a DVD of the whole shoot and then they will send Jeff and I a copy of the commercial. I do not know where the commercial is going to "test" so please if any of you se it, please let me know. Merry Christmas to everyone!!

First information regarding the fire at Lynn Smith house last night (12/16/09).

Topic for discussion

I would like some input.

We have not bred much lately because I just don't get enough calls from really good homes and I hate the idea if having puppies with no homes lined up or the prospect of a slow "market" (I hate that concept).
We have come to a point where we need to breed these girls. They are getting older and I don't want a bunch of pyos plus I do consider myself a dog breeder still.
Anyway.
How hard has it been for all of you to find truly quality homes?

Thanks for any input.

Great Dog News Article About The National, Elizabeth!

Well done and well written, E! Thanks for the kind words. I actually don't have a hard copy of it but I read it via the website. You can go to www.dognews.com, click the "Current Issue" and once you get to that page, scroll down and click "Archives." There, look for December 2009 and go to the December 11, 2009 Issue. The article starts on page 100.

crossposted.. tragic news

Lynn Smith (formerly Division 1 member) Division VII member, lost her home and bulldogs plus her puppies to a fire last night. They had just returned from a bulldog club meeting to find their house up in flames. Only 4 bulldogs who were not caged were able to escape the flames. Our prayers and thoughts are with them.

Are there ways to correct a slightly gay tail in young puppies?

It isn't too bad, but I noticed when my 9 week old puppy gets really excited her tail will stick up a little over the base, is there anything I can do to correct that?

Your stock

I get few answers on the board, maybe I'm like Borat's brother, "I no get it"
But I wondered how many folks have Hetherbull Bounty's Frigate and Cherokee Legend Pretty Boy both in their stock, in the same dog?
