About play bitting - >

has anyone tried spraying bitter apple on their hands during "play time" to help train puppies not to bite the hands that feed them?!?

What else has worked for y'all???

Leeloo is a just such a little hyper doggie when she plays and LOVES to bite human fingers and faces more than any other chew toy I have offered her. :/

Does anyone know where to find...

Bulldog window decals for the car? I'm driving myself nuts looking for one.

Georgia update, question, bullyfest photos

Hi all -
Thank you for your prayers, Georgia is coming home. She is still very infected with pneumonia, but can exist and play fine outside of oxygen. I am a nervous wreck - scared to death.

Wasn't there one of us who's bully was very sick with pneumonia for a long time?

I can't get my new digital camera to shrink the files to suit Network 54...so I made a quick page...

Does anyone have any recommendations for a camera

I have seen the ones on the board before, but I just can't afford a $800-$2000 camera right now. I was wondering if anyone has a cheaper one that they are happy with and would be glad to recommend?

Happy Second Birthday to Lily

I hope you get lots of new toys today and treats too.
Birthday hugs and kisses coming your way.

Thinking of getting a bulldog

We are thinking of getting a bulldog. The more research I do the less confident I feel. Could anyone tell me, on average, what the medical cost are? Is the upkeep of this dog much more than any other dog? We are not rich and I'm worried that we cannot afford the medical problems that a bulldog may have. Also, does pet insurance help? I've read conflicting reports. I love this dog and only want to get it if I can take care of it properly. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Georgia - prayers needed, turn for the worst.

No sooner did I post that I got word that Georgia has taken a turn for the worse. I can't believe it. She had a bad episode this morning while coughing and fell over...she was loosing oxygen and they had to get her out and clear her throat, etc.. THANK GOD it happenned before she came home.

Emily...

I noticed your post a while back on a question regarding the ears on a show dog.
A dog is broken down using a point system. A judge uses this breakdown as he is going over the dog. The dog with the most points is considered the better dog.
The head of a bulldog is worth more than a third of the total points. The ears are one of the highest points pertaining to the head.

Gosh..

I missed all the excitment! Webbie, Do It Again!!!
