What's that over there?
Mommy says their mine....Yummy.
Yep! I taught her everything I know.
I am very proud to say my new little girl went beyond my expectations. She showed like a champ and took 2 points her first outing!! I was very happy to say the least!
Heres a copy of the letter that I faxed to the San Antonio City Council.
Thanks for your support!

To whom it may concern,
I have a question about a situation that recently arose at a show I was exhibiting at. I arrived at 7:15 for an 8:00 show time. I had pretty good choice of where I could position my dogs-which I placed close to the gate opening. At 8 am right as showing was about to commence a spectator and her child come in with their chairs and proceeded to position themselves directly next to my dolley blocking the crate doors, so I couldn't get my dogs out. I proceeded to ask her not to sit there as I couldn't get my dogs out.
I am fairly new to showing and I want to know how to get my Bulldog's nails as short as what I see in the ring. I Dremel them once every week to two weeks till I see the horse shoe looking flesh spot and stop, but mine are not as short as what I see on some of the others. Of course, the nails are not as long as some I see, either. Should I grind them more often?
A show is coming up this winter where the judge is only licensed to do obedience and Bulldogs. No big deal, right? He lives in this town that he is judging at. No big deal, right? It's a small city of about 150K a few hours from the nearest city its size or bigger. Only one locally known Bulldog breeder lives there. They show almost exclusively within a hundred mile radius of this town. Which in west Texas means they don't show much. Still no big deal, right?
The inside reads: "Get well soon or she'll bring out The Big Needle!"

GREAT NEWS Guys....Wonderful weekend for sure....
Betsy
Just got back from a whirlwind day of showing with the gang--seven classes in three different buildings with my three. Chubbs didn't qualify in her utility class, but finished her Rally Excellent title as well as qualified in her Open B class, Pip earned her final CD leg as well as her Rally Advanced title (didn't do anything in the breed ring today, though she gave it a try!) and Gabe (just under 11 mos old) earned his CD title (and was JUST out of the ribbons). We definitely weren't bored and will be sleeping well tonight!
BIS in Concord, NC!!!!!
CH. Karma's Big Shot (aka Duncan) placed Group 1 in Concord, North Carolina on Friday, then today took Best in Show under Judge George Heitzman! Congratulations to Carroll, Margaret and Duncan, Pat and I are so proud.
And a somewhat smaller brag, last Saturday Eli (Ch. Karma's Hide Your Heart Girl) took Best of Breed at the Cypress Creek Kennel Club Show in Houston. We didn't win on Sunday, so congratulations to Steve and Kathy Mentz for their BOB and Group Placement in Houston on Sunday.
