I bred my english bulldog the end of March. I took her to the vet a week ago and he did an ultrasound and said he did not detect any puppies. He also took an xray. I understand the false pregnancy can be very close to the real thing, she had morning sickness, enlarged and pink nipples, has gained 10lbs since April 1st( with no extra feeding) and her vaginal opening is enlarged. Her belly hangs down and is very firm. The x-ray and ultrasound were very expensive and he told me he could do them again in a couple of weeks if I wanted him to.

Okay, I'll fess up. I didn't see Cody as being a "rescue". From what I gathered, he was an adult male no longer needed by his greedy owner. People are allowed to sell their dogs, no big deal to that, it's done all the time. I figured Cody would probably have some house-breaking issues and require the neutering, but not much more than that. It appeared to me that we were basically buying a dog that had out-grown his usefulness to one owner and prevent him from being further exploited.

I don't see her participating in the big Vegas thread.

Has anyone heard from her?

Webbie, did you hear from your kids yet, it seems that Bethany was hit the hardest...they might not have power or phones....but by the grace of God again....NO FATALITYS and only 5 injuries reported so far. Do you know what streets that they live off of?

It sounds like you guys are going to have so much fun Vegas, Recondo Beach , NJ Bulliefest, Calif bullifest but I guess I'll just stay home and hold the fort down just have some fun for me.

Chase and Lincoln

I took Molly to the vet last night and first off shes now 5 months old and weighin in at 35 LBS ... my lobster HEHE Anyway, I talked to them about her spaying and they said they keep the tube in her until she is up and moving around, she said sometimes they even let the bullys walk around with the tube because its easier for them to breath with it ... so ANYWAY onto the problem...

i never got to see many pics from the last bullyfest!!!
