I miss you guys!!!

I feel like I havent been here in years even though it has only been a few days. This new job I have taken on is really eating up all my time and I can only get on at home in the spare time I have there so forgive me for not going back and reading days worth of stuff. My computer is too old and it would take me a week to catch up. But thanks to Jacob I have ordered a new computer from Dell and it should be here next week. Yay!!!! Thanks Jacob you are my computer hero. I hope all is well with everyone and I hope everyone has a safe and happy long weekend.

Ahhhh, the week end is here, and so am I.....

Wow... a three day week end...I have only been able to peek and lurk with an occasionally posting. Also, was gone for four days last week end to San Diego. So now I have some time to try to catch up.....Hope I don't make a pest of myself...lol

Shampoo question

Lily's skin has been itching alot lately. I have a vet appointment next week for it.

We were not here at this time last year, so I am assuming it is allergies. We live around alot of trees, flowers, and there is a wheat field next to our house.

Can anyone recomened a good shampoo for sensitive skin or allergies?

Her coat is not looking so great right now either because of the itching, so can anyone tell me something for that also.

Sleeping Beauties

I took this picture this morning of Opal & my grandson, Kyle. Aren't they sweet?

Is anyone going to the puppy match tomorrow in NJ?

Helen posted a few weeks ago regarding a puppy match in Marlton, NJ. I'm planning to go, anyone else from here?

Advice please! Thinking of adding a Bernese to our bully family.

Hi,
we have two absolutely wonderful bullies - a male and a female - both a year old. we are thinking of bringing a Bernese puppy into our family but don't want to do anything that would have an adverse reaction on the personalities and happiness of our bullies. We have two cats also, and all get along fine. the bullies roughouse but are devoted to one another.

We'd love to have a Bernese as well and have heard that male Berners in particular get along well with other animals.

Pictures...maybe

Here is a picutre of Sunflower. She is the alpha female in the house, after me.

Miracles Happen ....

We made the trip - when we got there, Georgia looked as horrible as described - pale, barely enough energy to cough or hold her head up.
We went into the conference room with the vet and our friend Lindsay who is a tech there. We discussed putting her to sleep. Butch just couldn't agree to it.

I suggested that he take a walk - to be a lone and to think. He did. He said he prayed hard for Georgia and for a sign of what to do. He went back into the ICU ward alone.
