"The more I know people, the more I love my bulldogs."
And Winston and Churchill get TWO dads!
I hope all those dad's have a great day today.
To all those sons and daughters give your dads (& moms) extra hugs and kisses as you will never know how long you will have them in your lives.
I lost my parents 8 yrs ago and I was only 34.
My folks raised me with dogs and supported my love of horses (even though my dad wasn't to keen on horses). The dog and horse showing gave me a huge sense of selfworth, responibility, determination and respect for people and animals.
thought I would share some of the prints I have.
And my favorite......
it says "Nothing breaks wind like a bulldog". It's a Mack Truck poster and I swear the bullie has the same coloration on the right side that Sumo has. Almost identical- just look

My Fathers day gift to myself was to get Ashley's pool ready for her. The smile on her face when she slipped and fell on her butt in that COLD water was worth more than anything to me!
Great picture of you. I too, still need to loose a couple of pounds.
Here is me and Ash goofing around in the pool.
Hope your day is relaxing and full of sunshine!!

Since breathing/palate/trachea issues seemed to be the most common answer to what was felt as one of the major health issues for Bulldogs, I have another question for all to think about and answer.
For those that have bred, either their bitch or their dog, have you prior to this x-rayed their trachea to see the size?
Have you bred a dog who has had palate surgery, and what was your deciding factor?
