I'm thankful for this website because ....

this is the place that permitted me to heal when everything turned bad.

There are very few show breeders/exhibitors that continued to stay in contact once we weren't in the ring anymore. A number of the show people suggested I either send Pride back to the breeder or put her down and start fresh with a new Bully. NOT HARDLY!!

Bulldogs are COMPANIONS FIRST ... if the showing works out, that's just wonderful. But for us, things fell apart (big-time!) and the pet owners are the ones who came forward to offer hugs.

Emmy getting treats from Grammy! Gotta love those Grandmas!

OK Chicago people wanting to go to Vegas...

Looked up fairs again this evening. The cheapest leaving Wed and returning Sun seems to be just under 300 with taxes included. 79 bucks there but not as cheap on sunday!

I love this board

The most caring people! A great place to be after a long day of work. Relax, get my dinner and sit for an hour to read everything. How long has Bulldogsworld been online. Howard #!#!#!#!#!#

Prayer request

Well as I stated in my reply a couple of posts down, I'm still somewhat of a newbie here, only posting a couple of times until now, but I do have a prayer request for you all. Please keep my baby boy Tank in your thoughts this morning, he is going in for surgery on his cherry eyes. After considerable thought and research we decided that for now we are having the tuck done on him because he is still so young that I really did not want to risk the higher chances of dry eye that comes with removal.

First Rehearsal under our belts and...

Briggs did sooooo well! He met the character who will be working with him on stage and they got on well. He isn't a dog person, but I showed him the hand signals and he used them with Briggs and he did everything he asked of him. We still haven't seen the actual stage he will be on, and in fact that won't happen for quite a while unfortunately. On Thursday they will be running through the play, so he will get to hear them use their loud stage voices. We'll see what he thinks about that!

To Angus and Stephanie

Stephanie, I wrote you an email about George.... Did you get it??
