I guess I was a bit emotional yesterday. It's so nice to have you all share your experiences and losses also. Nice to know that I'm not the only one that seems to miss my parents more each day. It really doesn't get any easier like I've been told.

I need an "angel" fix for today!

I'm so proud of my husband. I know some of you might remember me mentioning that we bought a 1961 Pearson Triton (for anyone interested in the make!) sailboat that had sunk in its former life and was "dying" in a boat graveyard... It's an incredible boat... people search these things out and restore them for livings. There were only a handful made from like 1958-1969 or thereabouts?

I thought I would post a pic of both of my males lying on their sides. I think it shows the difference between a bully with nice rib and a bully that is overweight.
TOnka is on the left and he is overweight. I have been battling his weight for months. I had his thyroid checked and it was fine. After reducing his food and watching him still gaining I was puzzled. I checked the fat content of his food and it was a WHOPPING 16% fat!! I now have him on a reduced at 9% which is still not great but he is losing slowly and he is not hungry.

-for now anyway.

Ok guys... I am giving it one last good month then I am taking a break for a while. I have been hopping since January and I have you guys to thank for a lot of that. I have advertising and selling at shows, flea markets, to a local animal supply house, to you guys, etc. Boy, have I been busy! lol

Are cranberry tabs diuretic? Somebully, which could only be Oreo, peed on our tile floor and I'm trying to figure out if she's getting her UTI back or if the pills made her really have to go. She has no blood in her urine.

Cookie, as we call him is doing fine.
At more than eight and a half years old, he is still being used successfully as a stud dog.

Our latest pups from him have been great. A few will be appearing in the ring soon. His daughter, Ch. Dk's Diamond Rose had a few Mini Me pups a couple weeks ago. All are doing well and spoken for.

Tim Donner of Ohio, took a Cool Dude pup out a few weeks ago and went Best of Breed over a couple of champions from the 9-12 mos puppy class.
