Question about your bullies/ other doggies greeting you.....

Heyyy Everybully!

Hope you're having a nice Saturday!   So, I just HAVE to ask y'all about this, because I'm SO curious!!!  Let me start by saying Meaty has

ALWAYS been "Daddy's Boy" , and I have always said  I'm sometimes a bit jealous, but that I understand and accept it---Sophie doesn't

really have a favorite, and that's fine, too!  When Daddy comes home---even if he was gone for a half hour-----they both go INSANE...

Ill Mannered Puppy

Well, we took the plunge! We have a nine week old male Bulldog puppy who has excellent lines and family. He is our fourth Bulldog. I guess I have been spoiled with my prior bullies. Never biters, chewers or ill mannered, even as babies. This guy is full of energy. Likes to snap and put those needle puppy teeth into you, shoe laces, forget it, pant legs, etc. He is about 13.5 pounds and is extremely cute, but his cuteness is running low because of his behavior. Any advice?

Has anyone ever ...

Had their dogs anal glands surgically removed? Tucker has had issues with his for a while now and I feel so bad for him. I hate bringing him to get them expressed as he's miserable about it. It's the reason he doesn't like going to the vet now. It looks so uncomfortable for him when they get full. Today he was whimpering about it. I'm going to look into surgery to have them removed. Has anyone ever had this surgery done? Btw, we have tried various things to help him release them himself like adding fibre to his food with no luck. I'm frustrated for him. Poor guy :(

St. Paul Firefighters Union raise money for therapy dogs.

I was at the MN State Fair and talked with these guys. They're raising money through their union for therapy dogs. If you buy their calendar, you can help. I got my photo with them. The dog was cute, too.

Here's the link.

I was watching tv last night

I didn't feel like watching the Emmys so I started watching "hotel hell" with Gordon Ramsey. Now I'm not a big fan of Gordon's but I found out something about him that makes me like him. He has a bully! His boys name is "Rumpole" and after doing some research I read that Rumpole used to belong to David and Victoria Beckham but David gave him to Gordon. He was so cute! Now Gordon called him lazy when Rumpole wouldn't leave his comfy bed. Omg it was so funny. I hope someone else caught this episode too!
