San Antonio votes to go "Mo' Kill, not No Kill."

San Antonio City Council voted unanimously to approve the Chapter 5 Animal
Ordinance Revisions today. (Councilman Philip Cortez was absent.) After
two hours of listening to citizens to be heard during the public hearing,
council adjourned at 11:30 am for lunch and the mayor announced they would
assemble in Executive Session at 1:30 pm briefly for private discussion

I have puppy owners that live in Ohio who send in an BCA app. back in Jan. Their check was cashed in Mar. To this day they still have not received any Bulldoggers and they have contacted everyone in their DIV. that has been suggested to contact. Does anyone have ANY other idea of what route they can try to get their Bulldoggers????

I have a friend who's bitch came into season in early September & was bred. She re-absorbed the litter. He says she's in season now just 3 months after the last season.

Is this a real heat cycle or is something else going on? What do you think?
