I have puppy owners that live in Ohio who send in an BCA app. back in Jan. Their check was cashed in Mar. To this day they still have not received any Bulldoggers and they have contacted everyone in their DIV. that has been suggested to contact. Does anyone have ANY other idea of what route they can try to get their Bulldoggers????
