Matilda's adopter bailed on her!

She is 6 years old and needs a home without other dogs. She will be fine with older kids (10+). She is a wiggly love bug who just wants someone to spoil her.

We rescued her (actually it was supposed to be a foster) and ended up keeping her. When she came to us she was terrified of everything. She didn't get off the couch for three days, literally. We brought her food and water. She was afraid of the kitchen. Now, if we are in there, so is she. She's still afraid of a lot of the outside (I'm going to try to get her OK with walks this summer) but we got her up on our 2nd story deck and she LOVE it up there now, enough to give us stink-eye.

I am new to this forum and just trying to keep up with others who own similar breeds. My pup is now almost 2 years old. We got her at 8 weeks and she has been such a joyful addition to our family. She is a Victorian Bulldog according to her breeder and all her papers. I had not heard much about the breed prior to getting her, only what I was able to read on line. If anyone else out there has this breed and has any infor to share, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance :-)

I know many/ all of you will know the answer to this...

We're about to foster an unspayed girl who they think is around 6.....I just wanna know if she'll have heat cycles, at what age (if any?) they stop

being able to reproduce.  I know it sounds weird, but I can NOT find an answer on google....!!!  My eyes hurt from reading through a 

lot of pages that don't answer this simple question!!!  THANK YOU!!!  ((( HUGS )))
