Hi everyone - I have a question about hunger and nausea. Bosco eats one cup of TOTW dry lamb and some TOTW wet in the morning and one cup of the same in the evening. Bosco weighs close to 60 lbs and the vet wants him to lose some weight, it's better for his knees. Anyhow, lately he has seemed really hungry, hunting for that last piece of kibble, barking when a piece of kibble falls behind his bowls. With this hunger, he has seemed nauseous. You know the signs - the slurping and drooling.
My bully has been on Eukanuba Kangaroo and Oats for several years and it was amazing in clearing up his food allergies that were manifested as ear infections.
We can no longer get this food in CA. What do you feed your bullies that works? Kibble only, no canned food please.
As a new member to the Bulldog world family I just wanted to get a little feedback on a few areas for peace of mind. I have wanted a Bulldog since i was a young lad. I encountered my first bully whilst visiting a surf shop in Cornwall England. From the moment I laid my eyes and hands on the rambunctious little fella it was imprinted on me that this was my dog and I was his kind of owner/ pack leader.
Here's 3 year old Annabelle, winner of Best of Breed at Westminster. She was the sweestest little girl & she sure got a lot of cheers from the crowd. She is a really sweet bulldog.
When it comes to making a new friend in everyone they meet, the Boxer loves to love! Are you really surprised that Boxer made it on the Top 10 Friendliest Dog Breeds list?
Here’s why they made the list: Top 10 Friendliest Dog Breeds - PetGuide
I am looking to start training my bully soon. I have used Scotch Pines and loved it in the past. I am not sure about the chain though. I have heard to not use the chain on bullies due to trach. issues. What are your thoughts?
I've got a 7.5 month old english bulldog who is losing hair between her shoulders. There is no redness or inflamation, but she is losing her coat - or so it looks. We have fed her Canidae Life Stages until recently and are currently transitioning her to Halo. We only switched her due to the hair loss. We also give her NuVet Plus and she gets a dab of coconut oil, plain yogurt, or a cracked egg occasionally. She is not itching and has no other signs. It has been really dry here and cold. We all have dry skin and chapped lips. Any ideas?
Hey, bulldog instagrams are becoming a thing. Check mine out @babsbulldog. Let's make the world fall in love with bulldogs! What do you think?
Hi everyone - I hope someone here can help. Bosco is four years old and neutered. So for the longest time, every once in awhile Bosco would grab my leg and mount it, I would tell him 'no' sharply and he would stop. Within the last month, month and a half, however, his every once in awhile grabbing has become a nightly problem. He grabs my leg and mounts it multiple times a night. The 'no' is not working so much anymore. He has even started doing it to my husband, he never did that before, and to his dog walker. Any thoughts? Anything I can do to make this stop, to un-train him?
