This weekend we had Fred at a Friends house... They have a bully too! They were both on leashes so they weren't fighting or playing rough.. It was only about 70 degrees out and he was in the shade - actually by a pool and drinking water and eating ice.. he was fine... Then all of a sudden he started breathing heavy, so we took him into the house and then it got worse.. He sounded like he was all congested and full of phlegm. We left right away and got him some lemon on the way home... it sounded like it was breaking up somewhat.. when we got him he drank a little water..

Well the day is official, this Sunday My wife and I will be taking Lola to Bullies2therescue, we are very fortunate to have them offer to meet us and take Lola in.. we know she presents some problems with re-homing due to her biting my son but they are positive about her future and they also offer long term fostering if in fact she is deemed not adopable.. I however feel Lola's issue results in her dominance over my wife.. since my son was bit I have had lola in public places and she hasnt shown any issues.. removing her from my wife will result in a better behaved Lola..

If I needed nurses, I would hope it was these two!!!!  :-)  

**P.S....it is usually difficult to find outfits to fit Meaty, so imagine how THRILLED I was when I saw that PetSmart had this

in an XXL----(annd, it was the LAST one in his size!!!,,,,,AND 20% off!)   :-) 

They are also honoring our sweet friend, who is a recent breast cancer survivor!!!!  :-)

Lola went to the vet last week to get an annual check up and stool test and also to get her annual vaccines.

Was VERY happy to hear what the vet said!

Stool test came back negative for everything.

Her joints and muscles and knees and shoulders are all perfect and healthy.

Teeth are amazing and some of the best she has seen on a bulldog.

She said Lola has THE BEST skin she has seen on a bulldog. She said its perfect!

Best of all. Lola was only 5 pounds over weight! Thats like... one bowel movement.. haha!

Im totally sorry! haha I have been busy!

Lola went to the vet a week ago to get her annual check up and vaccines. Needless to say she wasnt happy when I told her she had to get needles in her butt.

But when we got home she was pretty happy it was over!!
