Is your Bulldog a built in alarm clock?
Submitted by Michelle and Georgia on April 21, 2010 - 12:35amMy daughter has been home sick all this week, so our schedule of waking up for school was changed. Every day the lil stinker Georgia would wake me up at 7:30 and stare at me like you know you are going to be late get up NOW!!! Today I got a smack in the face with a bully nose-followed by a big swat to the face by a big bully paw. Jeeze--nice wake up call Georgia. Then I put her down on the floor (yes she sleeps in bed with me...lol) go into the bathroom-peek at my lil stinker and she is sound asleep on the floor. Her job completed..hahaha

Mine are set for 7am even though we don't go to bed until 1am--I work second shift.The girls just lick my face but the good old boy needs to walk across my head--jewels and all--YUCK!!!
its a little different at our house now that we have Hanna
Gia is a sleeper she will snuggle and sleep as long as we stay in bed. But since Hanna joined the family whenever she wakes up 2:30 am- 5:30 am Gia will get up and come over to me and nudge me to make sure that I know that Hanna is a wake!! Once I get up to take Baby Hanna outside... Gia will go back to bed.

YES! Roxy wakes up between 6 and 7 and that means..
it's time for breakfast NOW!
I don't rescue animals because I want to feel better about myself, or morally superior to anyone. The best part of my life with animals is the humility they teach and the humanity the foster.
We have no reason to get up that early, but try to tell Roxanne that!
She's already back down for her nap...

The best looking alarm clock I ever saw!
Stella was the same - every day since we got her almost 10 years ago, she would wake us up between 5:30-6:00 am. Ugh! Clippety clopping around our bed until we got up and gave her her breakfast. Now that she can't see the sun has risen, it's a bit later - but not much.
Bella for sure....
Bella when my son is not home here..gets up really early. she hears the pug stir I am sure..lol and gets up too.
these little monkeys got me up today at 6am. no idea why..lol
Gus does not hear the rest of the dogs get up....so he is sometimes a bit later..
now that my son is here and she sleeps in his room..she sleeps in much later in the morning..
