I believe you can find them online at www.ruffwear.com The reason I'm not fond of this one is it has straps on the belly area. The ruffwear ones cover their belly and give better floatation

I have a video somewhere when we took our first bulldog Mugzy in a lake up in VT. We stayed at the water's edge, very shallow, and had him wearing his harness, with the leash on. I swear the other dogs were laughing at him, lol!

There were these two huge labs up there who were running and swimming way into the lake to fetch balls, and here were are saying "Good boy Mugzy!!" to our meatball in a few inches of water, hee hee!
