What's a good weight for a 16 week old pup?

Since there have been some posts about bully weight today, I might as well jump on the bandwagon! Tuffy was weighed today for his 16 week appointment and he's 26.5 lbs. Is that a good weight? The vet thinks he is just right and says he wouldn't want him any heavier than that. Tuffy definitely feels nice and solid to me so I think he's on the right track but I'd love to hear what your bullies weighed around his age! I've also posted a pic from yesterday so you can see have an idea of how he's filling out...

Technical problems...sorry for duplicate post!

Thanks, Ela1ne

Great advice! He is such a little beggar so I do tend to give him his fair share of treats but know that too much weight gain isn't good for these bullies. Although the butterball look is very cute...

And I know what you mean about them growing way too fast. He's getting so big!!

Purdy

He looks just right to me. But I'm no expert, except when it come to purdy, He's purdy!!
This is Buddy, he's 10 months old here. My only complaint is the puppies grow up too quick. Enjoy.

well

usually somewhere 22-25lbs is what I'd say for 16wks but looking at his photo he seems to be heavy-boned (thick legs)so that could account for a bit more. Overall I'd agree with your vet, ok at this weight but don't let him get too chubby. Cute, tho!!
