My husband didn't like the idea to much of not taking his name and completely dropping mine. Small world. Anyhow after I explained it to him he kind of liked it. Especially when I told him that when you marry you take "de" (meaning from) and then the husband's name, kind of like property but not... hehehe
So I went from being Sandra L****** Arteaga González to Sandra L****** Arteaga (de) Arrivas. Funny, all those names and I go by Sandy Arrivas.
