Well the rescue bullie is a no go for now.:-(..
Submitted by Krazegurl_ds on April 21, 2010 - 12:36amWe were in talks to buy the home we're renting and the owner has changed his mind and doesnt want to sell now. So we will continue to rent. He hasn't ok'd us to get another dog added to our lease so until he does no extra doggies in our home. We were so sure that this would work and we would be home owners but nothing is set in stone i guess. So getting another bullie will have to wait unless i can convince him to let us get another dog. He had said maybe in 6 months to 1 year if we proved to be reliable renters he might let us get another dog, but as for now since we can't own the house its a no go...so disapointing... and we dont want to move again just for the sake of buying a house so we will stay put and stick with our 1 bullie for now..

We will keep an ear open for you here in the OKC area. Keep us posted.

I have heard
it is easier if you find a small locally owned bank not affiliated with the 'big boys". Sorry the deal didn't go thru...maybe something else will come your way. Understand your disapointment, though.

There are a lot of home bargins out there
Talk with a real estate agent and a loan person and see if you can buy another house. You can also talk w/ your realtor about a contract for deed.
A lot of my clients buy houses so they can have a dog. Or sometimes, more dogs.
