Your very welcome. It is quite complicated. You actually have to set up a corporation and comply with all sorts of IRS regulations and filings.

thanks for the link, That looks a little to involved, more liek a business would be, we just want to help bulldogs, bulldog owners and have a great board and site with information for all. That really would require a great deal of time and effort and stuff just to maybe get exemptio status....wow, did not realize so much involved there. But thanks anyway, besides you get something better for you donation....than a tax write off....lol..my deepest heart felt thanks ...lol..
