Washington state bulldog vets?
Submitted by Anonymous on April 20, 2010 - 5:26pmWe need to get Gracie's cherry-eye surgically corrected and her normal vet a) has no experience with the tacking procedure and b) wants way too much money for it. For this reason we're looking for someone else within reasonable driving distance (250 miles) who a) is good with bulldog anesthesia b) is good at repairing cherry eyes and c) doesn't want 3 times the normal price for this procedure. As we live in the Tri-Cities, our choices (by distance) would be Yakima, then Spokane, then Seattle, but I saw mention in older posts about a Seattle-area vet who's really well regarded for bulldogs so perhaps we'll just go to him (if possible). Your advice is appreciated.

they have Baden's bulldogs in the TriCities. They should be able to ref you to a vet or specialist that can do this surgery. They show their bullies also.

If you can not find a vet
you are comfortable with, I know Mel will give you some great vets. But Went is Awesome, he doesnt overcharge for they Cherry eye repair, i paid 125ish and if it comes back he will do it for free.
I would talk with Bill Baden and also Laura Haney, about vets in their areas.
