Update on Onslow

First of all thank you all for you kind words and support.
Onslow spent the night in his pen downstairs while Buttercup slept upstairs as usual. Onslow is now resting on the couch and seems quite content to stay there, He has to go out on a leash and will not be allowed out alone in the yard for 10 days, He is returning to the vet on Friday to have his bandage changed and to get the results from the lab.

While he's recovering, I think he's resigned to his place

on the couch, and the leash on when outside, etc. Its when he really feels better, about one week post-op, that he will balk at not getting everything the other dog gets, and at being restricted (hopefully). Remember that pain/healing draws a lot of energy from the body, as well as the natural 'come down' after anesthesia. If he doesnt perk up by weekend, I'd be asking 'why'. happy.gif
