Not long ago he came and touched our hearts
A group formed together, to give him a new start

His past was filled with neglect and abuse
His owner was rotton, and had no excuse

His life started bright, until it was all ripped away
No food, love, or shelter and studded everyday

Many years of his life he would spend in that awful place
Unitl some stragers rescued him and saved his beautiful grace

He was brought to a new loving home, where he could get a fresh new start
He was overjoyed to see his son Mojo, they couldn't be kept apart

Ce took him in, no matter what was at store
The love she felt for Cody, weighed so much more

Throughout Cody's life, he was always left untreated
So many health issues could have left him defeated

He was deaf in his ears; losing sight in his eyes
Discomfort throughout his body, but he let out no cries

With all the health issues to take care of,and many meds to buy
Cody's Bulldog World Friends stepped in, when the bill got too high

Donations, Contributions, and Prayers came flowing in
Cody touched all our hearts, and we want to give back to him

Treatments began and more health problems arose
The bill keeps on climbing, where it stops, no one knows

But none of this matters, because our dear Cody is safe
Were always there for him, any time or any place

So as for these next few months, we will keep him up in prayer
Sending him loves and kisses, to let him know we care

But the prayers aren't just for Cody; there for his family too
The kindness, generosity, and love is a gift Cody feels from you

So with everthing I've said, I have one last thing to say
Cody knows what you've done and he thanks you everday

So when Cody ever crosses that beautiful Rainbow Bridge
You can all feel the comfort knowing, he knows what you did

You gave him a chance when most others looked away
You gave him a life he deserved and loved him everyway

This is just something i put together to let you all know how wonderful i think everyone on this board is. I believe Cody is aware of everything everyone has done to provide him with a quality life. Thanks for letting me share how i feel. We love ya Cody
