TIVO vs. Sonic Blue's Replay TV

I was about to get TIVO but then read some user comments at www.cnet.com (which reviews all kinds of tech products). Several people said Replay TV is much better and it even allows you to show your digital photos on your television, which I would like to do with my bulldog pics. If you have tried either, please let me know the pluses and minuses of each. Thanks.

I'm leaning towards the Replay over the TIVO. Can you really show your digital camera pics on your TV by using the player?? If so, how do you get the pics from your computer to the Replay player??

I have a Replay TV, whihc I got for Christmas from my parents. I LOVE IT!!! After taking a while to set it up, it works great. GO to this site to get an idea about the differences. It is a forum/message board site. Granted you will see some complaining, but also there is much debate about which is better! The best thing, taping every Bullie show on tv!

That is one thing I have not figured out yet! But if you want, post it on the AVS forum. They have some technical genius on there. Yes, you can send pictures and even whole shows across the internet. (If you tape a show, and a friend who has Replay TV didn't just send it to them!!!)
