They were littermates, Dolly's sons.

The white-headed boy is "Barkley" (aka "Silver Dollar Sir Charles") ... named after Charles Barkley because I knew he'd be a good-lookin' dude with an attitude.

The dark Panda bear was "Quigley" (aka "Silver Dollar Quigmaster"), named after Tom Selleck's character in "Quigley Down Under", which I watched multiple times while the puppies were trying to get their feet under them.

I lost Quigley in June, 2001 from a neurological disorder, that came on quite suddenly. It was a very very difficult loss for me. I called him the World's Largest Cupcake, so dear and sweet, and so BIG ... 85 lbs, but definitely not fat. He was a big hit with the media at the dog shows, always featured on the news where-ever we went.

Barkley is now 8 years old. With the warmer, nicer weather (hopefully) reaching us soon, you'll be seeing more pics of him. I have one that I'm working on for a contest entry.
