Submitted by Anonymous on April 20, 2010 - 5:25pmAccording to the attachment to your email, you did save it as a JPEG file, you downsized it to a good size (69 kb), and there are no spaces or symbols in the file name. I'm baffled as to why it will not post for you. I'm going to email the photo back to you. It should post. If it doesn't, let me know.

Okay, it worked both ways. I think I know where the problem is, but not how to fix it.
After you hit the Browse button and locate the photo, then hit the Upload button, followed by the Insert picture button, a file address should appear in the Message Text box. When you tried it, the file address did not include "tmp", which I believe refers to the Temp file. I'm baffled as to how you got a photo's file address into this window that does not include the "tmp". Are you sure you hit the Upload button?? You didn't copy and paste in order to get the photo's file address in this box, did you??
This is really baffling. We need to get Jacob and a few others in to help out.

Theresa, I'll try here to post again without changing the file name you gave it. In my above post, I changed the file name from the one you gave the photo to "TheresasBaxter". Let's see if the problem in is the file name.
