Yes, dogs can get crabby on pred, but my experience was that it happened after being on a high dose (80-120 mg) long term. Mg rottie has the sweetest temperament, but she growled at my hub while on pred. I don't know if it was because of the interruption in sleep cycles that pred can cause, or what. I also noted that she became more intolerant of other dogs. Try not to startle the dog by touching (especially when he's asleep). I also agree with Judy and Lynn. You may want to give him his own comfy bed on the floor, and keep him off the furniture. A trainer may be in order for you guys, too. Thanks for taking this boy in!!
The board has been this way for ages... yes, it's not as fancy as vBulletin boards where new posts bump up to the top. But imagine how much would get lost with this format, too.
I think for an urgent health issue, sure, a repost is warranted. But we don't want to have a ton of constant reposts.
Besides, you do eventually get used to how it is here... you get accustomed to scrolling down, and paying attention to the difference in colors of what you've read and what you haven't.

that is the only way I can see it working on this board..so far that is the only way that I know of... maybe Sue or someone has another idea.. if it is medical and you need advise.. people post it on the board boards.. the general and the medical board..you see that lots too.. the general board moves fast.. the medical board is much slower and it give more time for a response.. just title it reposting..whatever..you resposting

I think we want to keep that kind of thing to a minimum...
