Just wondering at what age is teething at it`s worst? When do they get the adult teeth? Also, do most of you put water in cretes if it is only going to be an hour or two? Thanks!
So gald you posted! I didn't realize that puppies teeth twice. That would probably explain why Sheldon chewed up a piece of wood furniture in our house last October (he was just about 9 months old) and hasn't touched anything since. Although, we've gotten a lot of new wood furniture recently and I'm paranoid he is going to eat it. So far so good Thanks again.

Puppies teeth at around 4 mos of age and then again at 8 mos when they get molars. I cant really say at what age teething is worse, it depends on the dog. Some "chew" their whole lives! As for water in the crate, if you are just going to be away a couple of hours, they should be ok. Maybe put ice cubes in the dish instead of water just to be safe.
You learn something new everyday!
Shelly,
Thanks again.

Water
I don't put water in the crate unless it is hot and it will be all day. But then realize a lot of water brings on the need to go out.
