I had to type it on my cell phone and could only do the heading! Anyway, Audrey is staying overnight, though the surery was supposed to be out patient. I didn't get that to begin with...it was major surgery that took 4 hours and they were sending her home?! I was worried about that! So she is staying and that is good I think. She did well throughout the surgery...it took 2 hours per ear...poor kiddo is going to be SO not happy when she wakes up.
She is in a lot of pain....she did well enough during the surgery...she woke with a cough yesterday morning and we weren't sure they were even going to go forward with everything today, but the doctors thought she would be ok I guess. So lots of prayers for her if you wouuld...for the pain to not be horrible for her...the anethesia to not cause issues (we all ahve problems having anesthesia in my family). And that she will come home feeling well enough to be home...you know what I mean?
Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I wasn't so nervous, but was worried as any Granny would be:-)

prayers and (((hugs))) for sweet Audrey from me and Meaty!!!.. (
Sending prayers and good thoughts for Audrey
I am glad that she stayed in the hospital; I think people get discharged way too soon after procedures.
She has been through an awful lot for a little one; I hope she gets a well deserved "break" now.
They will turn them on March 9th.
We are hoping she has a good reaction!! Thanks for teh thoughts Sue:-)

hope she feels better soon. How long until they actually turn the cochlears on and start that process?
Kiss that little trooper for us and keep us posted.

that's terrible that she's in pain!
it's so hard to see a baby suffer.
I will pray for a speedy recovery.
