I am the school accompanist for contests and concerts. Today, I am practicing soloist's contest pieces, then recording them for the students to practice. The snow is falling hard again, so it's perfect for practicing. It is a bit hard to reach the sustaining pedal on the piano with Owwie helping me. She is such a momma's girl. Hope you enjoy the funny faces At one point she acts like "I" am invading "her" space! What a silly girl.

They don't follow me around nearly as much as they used to, tho

me if I go into the kitchen. Boo rarely moves off the sofa. But at the end of the evening, when I turn out the lights and head to the bedroom, they all follow me to the bedroom. Fortunately, Boo only stays on the bed for about a half hour. Otherwise it gets too crowded there.

She is such a princess, and a shadow. It wore her out following me as I looked up files on youtube (soloists who have recorded the pieces I am practicing), then going back to play the songs. Do Boo, Clovis, and Flynn stick to you like glue as you go about your chores? That must be quite a parade. I'll bet little Scout keeps up with all of you too!
