Just found & scanned in this old slide of my first bulldog, Rosie, watching herself on the America's Funniest show 20 years ago!
...as you can see, she was quite mesmerized!
This was Rosie and our youngest son, Micah, when she was 3 months old...
Rosie started "entertaining" people just after she joined our family (...how odd! LOL!) She started skateboarding at 10 wks. after watching my four young sons do it...closed the door, opened & closed her crate door using her paws like "fingers" to grasp the wire...and, her trademark trick...rode the rocking horse!
It was 20 years ago this month that we were flown down to LA as finalists on the America's Funniest People show--an offshoot of AFV that highlighted talent. She had already appeared on AFV in one of their all-time most popular music montages. She ended up nabbing the $3000 2nd place prize & gave us a fun mini-vacation in the process!
You can watch her YouTube videos of her two TV appearances at these links:

And one more of Rosie & her sidekick Gracie (our UDX bullie girl) taken during a family vacation at the Sand Dunes in Florence, OR.
Rosie's been gone several years now--after living to a nice ripe age of 12 yrs old...but will never be forgotten!
oh boy, what a sweetie

I'm sure this is a special month for you then as you reflect back on what went on 20 yrs ago and your first Bulldog, Rosie and the relationship you shared.

Look at you now, 20 yrs later, still going strong and such amazing accomplishments to remember.
How many people can do what you have done with their Bulldogs? The tricks you have taught them are amazing to watch. It's obvious you love working with them and they you. Hollywood all the way.
Thanks for posting the video's, I enjoy watching them... And have even shown my customers the Gabe video that your son edited, The look on their faces is priceless, LOL.
Sittingbullies fan all the way!
Old pics can bring back such great memories. Thanks for sharing!
