they speak volumes with their size and a very very pretty breed of dog.. wow can not imagine 8 bullies in the same household. bet there are tons of stories to share ..about that..

At one time I had 8 bullies, but all have passed except three. Brynlee, Sherlock and Hattie Gene. I also have Larken the Dane and she is quite a handful. (Beautiful Harlequin)

She is a great big baby:-) I love her to pieces though:-)
I used to have 5 dogs. My male Dobe had to be put down last March. My Shep boy died of cancer in May. Isabella, my other Bully babe, had to be put down in September. So I am down to 2 doggies.

Yes, she is very strong. When she gets the zoomies, we head for the farthest corner until she gets finished. Very funny to watch, those long legs go all different directions on the slick floor. Her best friend is Sherlock the Bull, but her enemy is Hattie-Gene the little bully with the attitude. Life is interesting around here, to say the least.
She was over two years old when she started with the suckie toy. Now it is a nightly ritual when we go to bed. I have motion sickness to the nth degree, and at times I have to make her stop, or I get very "car sick". Also interesting when she starts dreaming. Her legs start in like she is running. I tell her SHHHH.and she will go back to sleep. Funny girl......

very stocky dogs.. I have seen more then one taking the bullies to the vets here I can see why they would be intimidating..with their size but these dogs are georgous to look at all so regale looking.. would be cute with no cropped ears.. you should post a pic on this thread would be nice to see her
bullies are not the same, can relate..lol My female is very active, very much into herself and so on. My Male Gus is more of the household clown, the bully that makes everyone laugh with his antics.. Bella is far more reserved then Gus..nothing scares him..he is full of life..and deaf but happy go lucky...so I got the best of both type of bullies..
Submitted by AmyandSophia on January 11, 2010 - 12:13pm.
My term King Dobe is one for the larger than average Doberman breed. They generally are about 30-40 pounds bigger than the average weight, and stand several inches taller than a normal, AKC standard Dobe. So that is a King Dobe, but it isn't a recognized term except with those of us who have them!

Lots of stories, but anyone who has had a lot of bullies can repeat the same stories. Each bully is different. I have had a diva, a nosey neighbor, a sneak around and try to bite any man's leg bully, a goofy bully, a very dinghy bully, a "I am the King" type of bully, a bully who always stayed a baby and never lost his puppy ways, you name it, I can relate.
Larken is a very striking Dane. I didn't crop her ears, and she lost her tail because of Hurrican Rita, but she is beautiful. I have seen people get out of their cars, start to the front door, see Larken in the window, and are back at their car within the time it takes them to get the first glance. She is almost 125 pounds, and is very intimidating. Actually, she is afraid of her own showdow, but people don't know that.

2 belong to my daughter, but she lives with us right now.
