Hi! I love the Ruffrider Seatbelt and use it both as a seatbelt and as a harness for Flora. It is made out of heavy duty nylon webbing, much stronger than the thin ones at Petsmart, etc. I rarely ever use any other collar or harness on her as it is nicely butterfly shaped, doesn't obstruct her legs, strong, makes you feel as if you've got a real hold on her, doesn't pull her neck, etc. I love it, obviously. She ate the plastic clips on the first one, so don't leave it around. The website has a place to put in what type of dog and measurements so I think you get a better chance at fit. Bulldozer wont wear it as a harness on a walk however but he will wear it as a seatbelt which is what I bought it for in the first place so I am ok with that
