Regarding Cody

I dont want to stir the pot what so ever on this subject. I have been following Cody and Ce's Unique Journey since it began. It has touched my heart in many ways. It has been close to a month since Cody and Ce's situation went wild on the board; The webmaster and net asked us not to discuss it anymore on the board and many questions were left unanswered. We were asked not to contact them,or call the police on them ( for the people who know who the previous owner are ). You said there was a lot in the works and stuff would be going down on them. I am wondering , in this last month, has anyone done anything to them,looked deep into their crulty case, taken their other dogs from them, etc..... I guess I want to know if these awful, evil, previous owners of cody are being delt with yet?

it'd be impossible for the media to do stories on each of them. But it's VERY realistic to have pertinent agencies research them for reported income ...
and THAT hits them exactly where it counts... right in the wallet!
There is more to this story, but it's not my place to reveal those details ....

undisclosed income. That explains why it was so imprerative (sp?) not to tip them off.
My question was...these packets/info on the Cody matter. Were TV stations and shows (DATELINE, etc) flooded with demands of a story being run on these type of people/businesses?
I guess it seems to me that there are so many "Cody's" out there, but this particular story is a great human interstest piece. The way so many came together to save one dog from this guy. It seems like somone at a TV station would have paid attn somewhere to all this.

With the help of a number of others, packets full of detailed information (and photos) were placed in the laps of the IRS (state and federal), the social service programs in the state of this " breeder", and even the White House. How and when the information may be dealt with, I cannot guess. But any agency that would have an interest in the profits of these individuals, from puppy sales, has the information at hand. Hopefully, it will teach other slipshod breeders that we can easily refer them for investigation of undisclosed income ...
I will leave the disclosure of further details to the webbie as he deems appropriate ....

In addition to the other things mentioned the USDA has been involved which holds his license to breed. The AKC also has been notified, they are investiagting him and expect some things to happen there. There is a few others which cant be disclosed just yet/ Lot of work went into this one and we do think soem things will get done!
