..Margaret..yes I did the shirt picture below in "Picture It Platium " it's the only program I have...some things picture wise I find in the program and other I go cruising the internet..but all of the effects..are from picture it...this one is another shirt I just did..it's my first raccoon rescue...his name was Zorro...and I was 24...but all of this came from picture it platium...
