Everyone has left the office to go to lunch. I decided to skip so I could catch up on the board. First of all, thanks to everyone for your advise, thoughts and "pat on the back". I though, could not be better. Unfortunately, this is not my first marriage so I am experienced in this matter. My first divorce was when I was 28 and I had a 2 year old. Found out hubby wasn't pumping iron at the gym, he was pumping the lifeguard. So I packed up, angry and broken hearted with a 2 year old and left. (dumb, hubby got the house, his retirement and married the lifeguard) I got instant poverty. I am now 47, have worked for divorce attorney's for more than 14 years and know the ropes. I have made the decision. I am though, taking my time getting there. Still need to stash more cash, have decided I am not going to skip Vegas so I need to put the trip on his credit card this weekend. I also may be leaving, but not filing for divorce. He has great insurance and I am not giving that up. Not to mention I am entitled to half his retirement. And it also will take a little longer since I have discovered that rent on a one bedroom apartment is higher than my house payment! I am now on the market for a small house instead. Oops, everyone is back from lunch. Back to work
