If anyone is good at software problems, please help. When I go to my photo editing program and hit the "open file" icon or menu item, the window that opens always initially opens to a list of files with gibberish numbers and letters. I think those files are Zip files sent to me by email, photos sent to me through MSN Messenger, and/or temp files.
From there, I have to up to the white block with the down arrow to the right of it, click on My Documents, then click on My Pictures, then click on the particular folder that a photo I'm trying to find.
Is there any way to may the "Open File" icon/menu item initially open right to "My Pictures" so I don't have to go through all those steps?? Thanx.
Gary create a desktop shortcut...
I just tried it..I went to my documents...where my picture file is located..and right clicked the "my pictures"..

I want to be able to click the Open File icon and have the window open directly to My Pictures. That window does not have a button for options or to otherwsie change the default to which the window opens, at least not that I can find.
