A question for people that work with their dogsM-^E

I work at home and it seems that when I'm really busy, my dogs will drive me extra crazy. Spanky will come up to me with his cute face and put his feet on my chair and just keep barking. It seems like they were doing that all day to to drive me extra crazy. Do other dogs pick up on this or are my dogs just trying to overly stress me out?

charlie and wilson come every day.....

to my grooming shop.... until the clients come they snooze away once their not the center of attention...they can become a pia....i know its an attention thing but some times they can frustrate me....were together 24/7 so its not like their home alone for 8 or 10 hrs....

I know they aren't intentionally trying to drive me nutsM-^E

but they do make me get up more often than I would normally. I guess that is good to some extent because I have a bad back and I should be getting up anyway. It's just frustrating when I am really focused on a project and they won't leave me alone!

nahhhh

dogs to premeditate actions like that, they dont do things intentionally to drive people crazy. They're just not made that way. But they DO pick up on your energy. So if you're stressed out, and have a ton of work to do, your dogs are probably feeling that energy and reactig accordingly. They feel your pain! lol.

when i take kibby to my office...

she just stalks the childrens area and waits for someone to give her a stuffed animal... its pretty sad, people in the lobby always feel bad for her so they give in to her sad sad face ! Kibby is so slick, she knows how to get what she wants... always!

I will tell you that I don't like taking Newman to work

for that exact reason. He loves going and he is welcome there but I don't work nearly as well if he is whining and panting because he's excited to be there. I like taking him for the socialization part but keeping him there a whole day is exhausting for me.

He also hems-and-haws when I come home from work and get on the computer. Granted, I should spend more time making his world complete but I'm paying the rent so.........
