Submitted by bulldogsworld on April 20, 2010 - 5:27pmpre paid entries to the contest do count BUT YOU MUST send the pictures in before the end of the contest, so if you pre paid 4 pictures today, before july 20 you must send in 4 pictures along the way somehow, because i have to prove you sent them based on your email address and the email address over the picture. webbie
