Posting picture help...:o(

As much as I hate to admit it, I can't do it (sometimes being self taught on the 'puter is very frustrating ). I got the top of two pictures loaded on my temp. files, but I can't seem to get a whole one loaded. Now it keeps causing errors on my computer, and I am getting bent...SO, if any one has any helpful hints, they would be greatly appreciated . Ruby wants to be famous, but her dumb Mom isn't helping her much! Thankies!

Do you have a photo editing program?

If not, you can download a free 30 day trial version of the one Melisa, Lynn, and I use. Go to www.download.com and type "Ulead PhotoImpact 8" in the block for the program you want to download. Once you have it, let me know and I will show you how to do all kinds of fun things.

And if you can't get the program to download from that site, you can also download the free trial version from www.ulead.com, the company's web site.

Well...

If you want a poster sized picture of my baby I can. I feel like an idiot...I like a challenge, but sometimes it gets old quickly (it doesn't help that it was about 90 degrees here today and my house is about 110, I think my brain is cooked, and Princess Ruby has the big fan all to herself. Better my brain cooked than hers... ). Ce, you need to see her, she wants to be Mojo's girl (he's a hunk, and we like the musician type around here).

Nikki can you email the pictures?

if so I'll be glad to post them for you till you get it all figured out....ce

=) Take a breather and come back to it.

It'll work! You'll get it. And if all else fails, my great digital camera was only $230 last August. There are some really inexpensive ones out there! Hubby won't mind!!!

Thank you,

but I think I better quit trying for now, or I am likely to throw my computer out the door (not a good idea, I am trying to work my husband over for a new digital camera...I don't think my powers of persuasion are strong enough for a camera and a computer too. ).

Have you reduced the file size?

Do you have a photo editing program? Or "Paint"?

If you can get the file size below 100kb, that will help. You can do this one way by resizing the image. I usually resize mine to 400x300 pixels. (See my post above yours for what that looks like.)

I'm generally not the person that gives the best instructions... Gary will probably swing by later and be able to help you.
