I think maybe she just ate too fast. But boy dis it make me nervous! Her tummy was a bit bloated and she was pacing and licking her paws and her mouth was watering. I worry so much that if she ever got bloat that I wouldn't have the time to save her. I think I saw on the board that it can kill a dog in 30 minutes? And we are at least 30 minutes from the nearest ER vet.
I patted her tummy lightly and burped her kind of like a baby. She must have thought it felt good. She laid there and let me do it for a while. I really think it helped, she'd burp and then her tummy would feel softer.
Glad she is back to normal today!
Aw, poor thing...
But I have to admit, it made me smile thinking of her getting a nice belly rub, and burping, lol
She's too cute

Always in my heart...

Thank GOD I am not the only one!!!
I had the HARDEST time before Audrey was born...trying to reconcile myself to being a grandma was hard!! I cried about it more than once! But the minute she was born, I was in love, love, love:-) I have been one seriously happy Granny ever since!
But I am a YOUNG Granny!!! That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Lol
I can never picture your name and the word Granny in the same sentence, lol.

So glad Audrey is back to her sweet self
Me too!
Thanks Deb. She is snoozing soundly on the couch with her daddy, one of her many happy places
Poor Ruby
So glad she is feeling better.
Audrey is her delightful self again:-)
I am so glad to see her acting normal again. What a scary thing, and to see her unconscious was horrific. I am one happy Granny, that's for sure, now that she is ok again:-)
Thanks for asking Kim:-)
Amy and Sophia
Ha ha! Yes, that is a good excuse, isn't it!
I tend to blame my horses more than my Bully girl, but she has given me her fair share:-)

And Amy, how's Audrey?
I she back to normal? What a scare! Ella fell over the back of my mom's couch once, right on her head. Between the babies and Ruby I am a nervous wreck!
I am going to blame
all of my newly found white hairs on her, lol.

Having a Bulldog has made me a professional worrier
That would have been so scary!
So glad she is feeling better today:-)
Amy and Sophia
Thanks Amy
It's one of those things where you just stare at them and wonder is it bloat or is it just a tummy ache.
Can I give her a tums? That's all we have. I will pick up some Gas X when I go to the store. I swear I worry about her almost more thank the kids, since she can't talk and tell me what hurts. At least the kids are big enough to tell me how they feel.
Poor baby
Wow Kim, you are lucky she is okay. Bloat is scary stuff. I keep Gas X and Phazyme in the house just in case. I am so glad she is doing better
