So now I must break my own request to not talk about his past anymore. I do this from email requests I have got.

1- Cody was free to go to any home of anyone who bought him.
2- A breeder getting the option to buy back a puppy per a contract is hard to persue at very best, It is almost impossible to enfore, especially if it has been years since the dog was purchased and the neglected stage, its not like a year old healthy dog sold from a ethical breeder.
3- If a person is selling a dog to someone with bad or not so ethical intentions then there not intereted in getting the dog back anyway.
4- what kind fo breeder would sell to a puppymill!
5- if anyone would be possibly liable it would be codys former owner and his breeder, cody would have violated the contract. he and only he would be liable.
6- there just likely is no such contract ever made, think about it.
7- even if there is, it is hard at best, no matter what anyone tells you to enforce with an older dog, simply because the loop holes if nothing else. He could and would likely say he tryed to contact him, whether he did or not who knows, but that is all he had to say. I dont have any way to get ahold of him years later.
8- I think he or a friend of his has got word of this situation- on the board- and behind the scenes knows things are taking place, which wont matter if he does have wind of it or not now, records are already in place, bank statements are always available to those who check things in the govt, facts, pictures emails and stuff is already in place, previous ownersm,etc. I can tell you from past experience that puppmillers and brokers/unethical breeders WILL ALWAYS fight tooth and nail and make big claims, stir up things to get people worried about something other than the real issue at hand and `````in this case is likely what has happened.`````````
9- There is nothing they can do but sit back and realize what has happened and what may happen yet.
10-I have no problem with this or anyone may direct there comments to me in email, Your looking for a way out now and it aint going to happen.

Simply send any emails to me,I will take your fight on for this issue, Cody will go to his appointed new home per what everyone has reqested he do, that is those who are here on this board and gave him a second chance, they make the calls for what is best for cody and it dont include a past breeder who sells to a miller or has unethical intentions in mind. Like i said there likely was not even a contract in the firts place and if there was one with a buy back option to it then the breeder should take it up with codys former owner becasue that is his/her only solutiuon. that is not optional.

11- I have found ( and many can tell you they seen this first hand) from past dealings with millers, unethical breeders that they try anything and everything to devert attention, to get out of possible problems they know there in. Puppymillers breed anything and as fast as they can to make money from it, to intrude on their unethical practices and hurt the bottom line, there wallet means they get real defensive about it, ignore it move on and let us get back to cody and what is best for him! Just ask Gail how many times we was suppost to be sued over the mini bulldog link we made, I had at least 9 threats of federal lawsuit if i did not remove it. I even got a letter!!...lol... Cody has a new life, new future, NEW FRIENDS AND A NEW START. HE WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE A LOVED BULLDOG WHO GETS A RUB ON THE TUMMY, SCRATCH ON THE BACK,A TREAT, AND SOMEONE TO TELL HIM HOW SPECIAL HE IS!! THAT IS GUARANTEED! SO TO THE PERSON STIRRING TROUBLE, WHICH WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE, GO TUCK YOUR HEAD AND FORGET CODY, HE IS AND WILL BE IN A LOVED HOME WHICH IS WHAT THIS BOARD WANTED.
