Our Story
Submitted by IndyBulldog™ on April 21, 2010 - 12:35amWe're new to Bulldogs, got Buddy in May 2009, and Brother in Nov. Buddy needed a playmate. We are glad to have a place to find answers to Bulldog issues. We've lived in Indianapolis all our lives and in this house for 32 years. Dottie and I have been married 38 years the 19th of Feb. this year. 4 kids, 10 Grandkids, 4 Great Grandkids. And one old grouch, me. I am retired after hurting my back at work in 1996. I drove a truck. I also had bladder cancer in 2001, which I beat. 9 years now. Dottie still works as a Chef / cook, or whatever, she's been there 20 years. I don't mess around much with snow and ice, so I listen to a lot of music and mess on the computer during the day, this during Bulldog naps. Dottie leaves at 5 AM, and they go back to bed, but once I'm up, I'm up. I like to grow tomatoes and go to the park with Buddy in the nicer days. We lost our last dog, Sassy in March 2009 after 16 1/2 years. This is Buddy.

Yes full life here. We haven't found out where the kids are comming from yet. I glad to find such kind dog owners [Bulldog] And helpful.

How'd ya get so many great grandkids! We've been married going on 49yrs and we raised two sons, netted 2 grandkids both of whom are in elementary school...you have a hearty bunch there in Indianapolis!

Your life sounds very full. Surrounded by family and bulldogs...what more could anyone want?
I'm a gardener also--flowers instead of vegetables. I'm feeling very restless on these gray winter days.

Also, my breeder (for Ruby) lives there now, I believe. Great spot! good on you guys...you rock, married a long time...must be love!
