In class and owner turn-ins at the shelter, I can't begin to tell you how many dogs that were never taught boundries and social limits. They come to us when the dog is 2 years old and now weighs 80lbs. and is totally out of control. We don't call our classes obedience, we call them foundation skills. The necessary manners to live in human society.
