O/T incredimail (email) help needed please !!

for some strange reason I am now unable to print an attachment in an INCREDIMAIL email.

It all worked perfectly up untill today. (not that I need to print that many attachments!)

The printer will print the email but NOT the attachment, ( it keeps telling me it can't print as "no pages were selected" !!.... I have searched Google for help to no avail and even tried to Copy & Paste to the clipboard but it prints out different to the page layout and isn't usable. (I am trying to print out a form that needs to be filled in )

ANY help whatsoever would be fabulous !!

ok here goes nothing

Sandy you need to right click on your mouse and select all , it should turn blue. then when your printer pops up click on selection and hit print, hope this sounds right.
